## YOUR LICENSE TO USE SITE CONTENT ON OUR SITE

Subject to your strict adherence to these Terms and any Additional Terms, Mystrode Supplements grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to access, view, and download (if expressly offered by Mystrode Supplements) the Site Content (excluding source and object code, except as made available for access and use via standard web browsers). You commit to complying with all copyright notices, information, or restrictions present in any part of the Sites. Unauthorized use of Site Content may constitute a violation of federal and state laws, potentially resulting in civil and criminal liability.

Terms of Sale

Mystrode Supplements retains the right to modify the pricing of its nutritional supplement products without advance notice. Products are shipped according to standard shipping methods in place at the time of purchase. Any damaged products should be reported promptly to the Customer Service Department. Discrepancies in ordered versus received quantities or items should be reported within seven business days of receiving the shipment.

Customers refusing to accept a delivery due to errors attributable to them may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges. Product returns require pre-approval by Mystrode Supplements and should be initiated within 60 days of the return authorization. A Return Authorization is mandatory, and the Professional-Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, unless waived when the Return Authorization is approved. These Terms of Sale may be revised as deemed necessary.

Internet Sales That Are Publicly Advertised

Only authorized Practitioner-Based Amazon and proprietary e-storefront accounts will have exclusive purchase privileges. Other openly promoted Internet sales are not permitted.

Affiliate Marketing Schemes

Some Mystrode Supplements items may be available through an Affiliate Marketing Program. Mystrode Supplements will determine which consumers qualify as affiliates.

LINKS, CONTENT, AND APPLICATIONS FROM THIRD PARTIES

The Sites may contain connections to third-party websites, services, and features (including third-party retailers selling products under the Mystrode Supplements brand). Furthermore, the Sites may contain third-party material that is not controlled, maintained, or approved by us. We have no control over the content of these third-party websites. As a result, you expressly acknowledge and accept that we bear no responsibility or liability for your use of any third-party website or online features. You bear sole responsibility for your interactions with other users of the Sites, whether they occur online or offline. We disclaim any responsibility or liability for the conduct of any user. While we reserve the right to monitor, we are under no obligation to become involved in disputes between you and other users. MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION

Registration or the input of information may be required for participation in certain portions of the Sites. By choosing to share information with the Sites, you undertake to provide only accurate, up-to-date, and full information.

Mystrode Supplements reserves the right to terminate your account or deny access at any time, without notice or liability.

SWEEPSTAKES, CONTESTS & PROMOTIONS

GENERAL DETAILS

Assignment and Waiver

You may not assign these Terms or any of the privileges granted herein. Any attempted transfer of rights, duties, or obligations is null and invalid. Without notice or approval, the Company may assign or transfer these Terms or its rights/obligations. These Terms apply only to the parties engaged, and no third-party beneficiaries are created. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision does not waive it. No waiver, express or implicit, will be deemed continuing.

Arbitration

The legality, construction, interpretation, and performance of these Terms will be determined only by Illinois domestic laws. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in DuPage County, Illinois, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration must be submitted within a certain time frame.

Injunctive Relief

A violation of these Terms may result in irreparable harm to the Company. Without posting a bond, the Company may seek injunctive and other equitable remedy in the event of a breach or threatened breach. Injunctive remedy may be sought by the Company in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Export Regulations in the United States

The Service and its products may be subject to United States export laws. Users undertake not to break these laws and to abide by all United States export regulations. Users are responsible for local law compliance if they access the site from other countries. These responsibilities survive termination.

Government Users

Software and documentation are "Commercial Items" licensed to end users in the United States Government with the same rights as other users.

Severability 

Invalid clauses shall be substituted with valid ones, and the remaining Terms will remain in effect. The arbitration clause's limitation on class or representative actions is distinct. Only the arbitration clause is rendered unenforceable if it is found to be unenforceable.

Legal Equality

These electronic documents are considered authored and legally binding. In legal procedures, electronic records are acceptable.
