Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends. Orders made from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, based on Mountain Standard Time (MST).During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping:

For orders within the United States, we primarily use reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Domestic orders containing 1-4 bottles are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. For orders with 5 or more bottles, we use USPS Priority, which typically delivers within 3-4 business days.

International Shipping:

International orders vary in delivery time, typically taking an average of 2-5 weeks depending on the destination. Please note that international shipping times may be influenced by customs processing and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs-related charges.

Order Tracking:

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:
